At the end of your first year, you will have earned your guaranteed pay. If not, Witte Brothers will write you a check for the remaining amount owed.
  •  Paid weekly via direct deposit to your bank account
  •  Paid the same - loaded or empty
  •  Earn extra pay per mile for referring experienced drivers (1¢ per mile for one year)
  •  Referral of new driver to Witte Driving School ($500 after 6 mo; $500 after one year)

Drivers that live within 100-150 miles of our home terminal in Troy, Missouri will enjoy weekly home time. Drivers will average 1 ½ - 2 days home per week. We do employ a time-off request policy so drivers can plan certain events and be assured they will be home for them.

Drivers that live outside of the 150 mile radius can expect to get home on a weekly basis.  Home time depends on the area in which you reside.

Short Term Disability
In case of an accident or illness, Witte Brothers provides a disability benefit that will pay each employee 60% (up to $500) of their weekly pay while away from work. This benefit will compensate the employee for up to 13 weeks while not working.

Life Insurance
Witte Brothers provides each employee, free of charge: $10,000 life insurance, plus family coverage.

Voluntary Life Insurance is also available to interested employees

  • Employees can save up to 15% of earnings tax deferred.
  • Witte will match 20¢ on the dollar up to the first ten percent invested by the driver.

  • No more than 3 moving violations within last 3 years, with no more than 2 in the last 12 months
  • No more than 1 serious violation in the last 3 years

  • Have good driving references from former employers
